BOOKING POLICY
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!
All bookings require a $20 non-refundable deposit that is applied to the balance of your service. The remaining balance is to be paid in full on the day of service. Acceptable forms of payment are CASH, CREDIT, DEBIT, CASHAPP or PAYPAL.
NO CALL/NO SHOWS will be required to pay full balance of service for appointments at time of booking.
There is a strict 10 minute grace period for late arrivals. NO exceptions! your appointment will be cancelled after 10 minutes. I work on a tight schedule so please book and plan accordingly. If you must reschedule you are allowed 24 hrs to edit your appointment to a different date/time before your deposit is forfeited. If not rescheduled within 24 hrs you will be required to pay another deposit to re-book.
NO EXTRA PEOPLE ALLOWED AT APPOINTMENT! NO EXCEPTIONS! this means kids,babies or friends. Only the client being serviced is allowed.(parents are allowed to stay with children if needed but no extra siblings etc unless being serviced. Space is limited inside studio.
NO FOOD ALLOWED! NO EXCEPTIONS! BEVERAGES are allowed but no food!!
PLEASE ARRIVE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH YOUR HAIR WASHED AND BLOWN DRY WITH NO PRODUCT OR OILS. I WILL APPLY ANY/ALL NECESSARY PRODUCTS. IF YOU REQUIRE USE OF SPECIAL PRODUCTS PLEASE BRING THEM WITH YOU TO BE APPLIED.
LAST BUT NOT LEAST......MAKE SURE YOU READ EVERYTHING IN THE DESCRIPTION FIELD REGARDING THE STYLE THAT YOU ARE CHOOSING!! NO BRAIDING HAIR IS INCLUDED WITH ANY STYLE
